Why We Cowork

The definition of Coworking is the use of an office or other working environment by people who are self-employed or working for different employers, typically so as to share equipment, ideas, and knowledge.

“the whole idea of coworking is to bring bright, creative people together and let the ideas collide”

Why we Cowork

There was a time when indie businesses, consultants, freelancers and the like were stuck alone in their home offices or fighting for space at the local coffee shop. Thanks to coworking, all that has changed – and it’s definitely for the better.

You’ve heard of coworking, I’m sure, but it’s much more than resources and a place to do business. It’s a community – and it’s the future of how business is going to be done.

People don’t want to work in tiny cubicles anymore. Working from home can be isolating – and coffee shops are distracting and unprofessional. When you cowork, you’re surrounded by other people passionately pursuing their dreams. Every time I step into The Coop, I feel an increase in my inspiration and motivation.

And I’m not alone in my love for coworking. Coworking spaces have increased by 400 percent in the last few years because they offer what forward thinking entrepreneurs are looking for –

community and collaboration.

Why The Coop

The Coop, located in Summerlin offers private offices, dedicated desks, open desk and virtual office memberships. Whether you are an independent, an entrepreneur building a startup, a small business owner or a corporate innovator,

The Coop is a workspace encouraging social interaction and collaboration

Memberships are flexible, conference rooms are available for booking private meetings and networking events, and learning opportunities will be the norm.

What others are saying about The Coop

“I love The Coop! I house my business office there. The location is amazing and the vibe is unlike anything I’ve experienced…
Everything is about collaboration, supporting local, and the learning events are great too!”

“Need to get out of your bathrobe and be in a location with a group of serious independent business people? We are all trying to change the world in our own way. Dana the owner has created a great co-working environment. It’s a terrific environment, brand new and bright with only great people to meet and even co-create when the opportunity arises.”

“Was in town for the day and needed a place to work with some dedicated wifi since the wifi at my timeshare was poor. I called The Coop and was greeted with the friendliest voice. She directed me to their website where I could purchase a day pass. The website was so easy to use.

On top of that the owner, Dana, was kind enough to let me into the office an hour earlier even though they don’t open until 9am.

It’s a great work space with everything you need.”
