Extensive time and effort went into identifying the perfect spot for The Coop because you can’t just plop a coworking space anywhere. When people have a choice of where they work, location is crucial.

I like to call our area “Uptown Summerlin”, an established area with strong demographics. The Trails Village Center is right across the street and traditionally 100% occupied. Within steps, you will find national retailers such as Albertsons grocery store, Fazio Cleaners, Hallmark, Bath & Body Works, and take your pick of bank branches because Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, and US Bank are all right here. Local businesses we like to frequent are The Salt Room, Galaxy Pilates, and T-Bird Jewelers. If you really need to unwind after a long day, there is a BAR tavern with a lovely patio.

The food though…

Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, Nekter, and many fast food options. Local fare right across the street includes Tail & Fin, Rocco’s Pizza, Sultan’s Grill, Brown Rice Thai Food, and the newly opened Eat, which brings yummy comfort food from Downtown Las Vegas.

I encourage you to stop by The Coop for a tour and frequent the many businesses across the street. The area is bikeable, walkable, easy parking, and we’re also served by an RTC bus line right outside the door.

Please visit our site or call (702) 636-9101 and let us know how we can cowork together.
