When high achieving women pursue goals, it can feel like we have two choices: “success” at any cost, or sacrifice an important part of our identity to be “happy.” In this no win scenario, it’s too easy to double down on what’s working and ignore the rest. This stunts our ability to access more nuanced personal and professional choices that become available when we take focused action.
Brainstorm with new awareness how you can:
*Workshop co-facilitated by Kelly Travis, founder of She Doesn’t Settle and host of the She Doesn’t Settle Podcast, and Stefanie Frank, co-founder of Frankly Good Coffee. A coffee tasting experience is included in the workshop.
Stef and her husband Glenn started Frankly Good Coffee in 2011 with a small roaster that roasted 1lb at a time. As a Coffee Roaster specializing in small batch air roasting, Stef is also a recovering lawyer (12 years), former online copywriter (10 years), improviser, and therapy dog mom.
With experience in courtroom arguments, facilitating workshops, giving keynotes, and a TEDx talk, Stef loves nothing more than to nerd out with customers and audiences about coffee roasting, sourcing, and testing.
The recently launched Frankly Good Coffee Club gives its members access to less common coffees that are sustainably sourced, use innovative processing methods, and have interesting stories behind them
